Terms Richard Casino

Responsible gambling, the welcome package, withdrawals, deposits, verification and eligibility are the areas that the summary of main conditions covers, and only adults aged 18 and over may play. The minimum deposit is A$20, and the operator of Richard Casino works under a Curaçao gaming licence. Binding force stays with the terms that the operator publishes itself.

Eligibility, Account and Verification

Registration requires an email address, a password, an account currency, full name, birth date and country of residence. The email confirmation link activates the account, and deposits and play stay blocked until it has been used. Each person may hold one account, and the currency chosen at sign-up cannot be changed afterwards. Returning players use the same credentials, and the Richard Casino login also reaches the limits and the document status of the account. A password-reset flow by email restores access when details are lost.

Before a first withdrawal, verification calls for a photo ID issued by a government plus proof of address dated recently. The name on the documents must match the account details exactly, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations. Documents sent at sign-up rather than at the point of withdrawal tend to shorten the wait on a first cash-out.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The Richards Casino cashier accepts cards, e-wallets, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies, with a minimum deposit of A$20 on most methods. The same method used to deposit is generally required for the matching withdrawal, as a routine anti-fraud measure. Standard methods carry no casino fee, although a player's own bank or wallet network may charge separately.

The table collects the cashier conditions.

Bonus Conditions

Several qualifying deposits share out the Richard Casino welcome package, which reaches A$5,000 plus 500 free spins, and any deposit of at least A$20 that clears credits the bonus automatically. Nothing becomes withdrawable until the bonus funds, and winnings from the free spins, have been wagered through a requirement of 40x.

• Table and live games count for less or are excluded, whereas slots usually contribute 100% towards the requirement.
• Exceeding the maximum-bet cap that is in force during an active bonus can void the bonus.
• Free spins attach to a nominated slot and are normally released in batches across consecutive days.

Reload offers and the high-roller bonus carry separate wagering terms, set in the individual promotion.

Responsible Gambling, Licence and Disputes

The account area offers self-exclusion, a cooling-off period and limits on deposits, losses and sessions, and an exclusion request is acted on by the operator as soon as it has been made. The Curaçao framework expects these tools to exist, and they apply on every device used to log in. The licence is a Curaçao gaming licence, held by the operator for the offshore market.

Live chat or email with the support team is where a dispute starts, and email suits anything that involves documents and payment references. Games are supplied by studios whose RNGs are certified independently, so outcomes sit outside the control of Richards Casino, and the studio count exceeds 40 across slots, tables and live dealer rooms.

Closing Summary of Conditions

Adults only, one account per person, ID and proof of address before the first cash-out, a A$20 minimum deposit, 40x wagering and payouts from 0-2 hours to 5 business days make up the core conditions at Richard Casino. Every detail beyond this summary, among them the exact split of wagering contribution per game family and the validity window of each bonus tier, is defined in the operator's own terms. Players who use the Richard Casino login are bound by the conditions in force at the time of each session.
